Community First Responders Ireland

Conference

For many years, people from all walks of life, all over Ireland have been fighting sudden cardiac death and cardiovascular disease. There are many worthy initiatives and groups established throughout the country with a common goal of reducing the number of people who die from cardiac arrest in Ireland every year.

We know that early Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and defibrillation saves lives. It doesn’t matter who does it. What does matter is that it happens fast.

On March 1st 2014, at the Respond2014 Conference, for the first time, these groups and other interested parties, from all over Ireland, came together to network, to share ideas and plan for the future. There are challenges but there is a shared purpose. From the Respond2014 conference, Community First Respond Ireland (CFRIreland) was born.

All the information you require to set up a Community First Responder scheme is here. If you need any assistance or you need further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

So, if we develop this train of research and because of their, often-weekly contributions this would indicate that Community […]
